- Introduction to local IT setup
- Apply basic ITIL principles to streamline communication with the IT Service Desk (e.g., Incident vs request management).
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Develop and maintain a robust departmental Business Continuity Plan to ensure clinical and administrative safety during an IT outage.
- Identify and troubleshoot common digital barriers faced by colleagues.
- Advocate for new technology adoption using effective change management techniques.
- Deliver instant support for Microsoft 365 and clinical system updates.
- Act as the formal bridge between frontline staff and the IT department.
