Behaviour change
A home visiting programme for first-time young parents and their families.
We know that changing our behaviour – disrupting patterns which may have built up over years – can be one of the most difficult things we can do.
We offer a range of courses which help to improve workplace performance, and support people to make changes in their personal lives. Our sessions on topics such as active listening, communicating with empathy or giving and receiving feedback can all make a significant difference in improving how staff are present for each other at work.
In addition, our Motivational Interviewing courses introduce powerful techniques which can support health, personal growth and wellbeing. It can be applied in a range of areas, including lifestyle changes and employment.
