Learners explore how to have brief supportive conversation for residents / service users experiencing social isolation and loneliness, using the Making Every ContactCount (MECC) framework. Include how to connect with others, using person centred communication skills and effectively signposting to relevant sources of support.
Format
Both formats include presentations, quizzes, group discussion, video demonstrations and skills practice and feedback in pairs or small groups.
