This training provides an introduction to eating disorders and disordered eating in adults, aiming to increase awareness, and understanding. Delivered by a trainer with lived experience of eating disorders, it provides an insight into the challenges associated with recovery and guidance on how to make sense of disordered eating and it’s function for the individual.
